What a treat

Then it was back to the hotel for some bowling. Phin could barely carry the ball and then tried to hurl it down the lane, often sending it careering into the next lane while minis plopped happily down with a little help from me. Tom obviously stormed the score board and then it was off for our grown up treat at the Cristallo. Rösti with a fried egg, black truffle and a truffle foam sauce. Bliss

  1. omg TRUFFLE on the egg??!!!! i could die -- have a shop that carried the kit to make this then suddenly they stopped carrying it -- course i am sure i could do it from scratch - just the heartiest most perfect skiing fare. and the bowling and reindeers?? festive kitschy and fun, fun fun!
